The company has a registered office located in Benifaio in Valencia, Spain. The company dates back to the year 1950 when the Choví siblings - Vicente, Francisco and Encarna, aged 18, 14 and 10 respectively - ran a small grocer's shop where, using traditional methods, they began to make the popular Allioli mayonnaise style dip, which originally came from this Mediterranean area. It was founded in 1953, and the Choví trademark registered along with the first recognized Choví Design label. Born in the Mediterranean sun and bathed by the sea, the company is at the vanguard of new food product development.
